When a large downtown Baltimore hotel called to say they needed their old carpeting ripped out and new tile flooring put in, our sales manager knew the exact hotel.  He had gotten a room here for his mother in law when they came to visit last year.  He knew the flooring needed updating but never thought they would call us one year later.
